Emily serves as Vice President of Operations and a Notary Public at Vaylark, bringing more than a decade of experience with the firm and a strong focus on people, process, and organizational growth. Having progressed from an entry-level position to leading the firm’s office operations, she brings a deep understanding of the business and a commitment to creating an efficient, collaborative, and supportive environment.

Emily holds a B.A. in English from Eastern Connecticut State University and a certificate in Paralegal Studies. Her background in retail and hospitality helped establish her strong foundation in client service and team leadership.

In her role, Emily oversees daily operations, streamlines workflows, and supports both clients and staff to ensure a high level of service and efficiency.
